Warner comics (and those for Disney, Lantz, etc.) from any others.

I can only assume the proliferation of “funny animal adventures” in the Dell and later Gold Key comics were spun off from the adventure continuities of the Floyd Gottfredson Mickey Mouse comic strip, which were reprinted in the earliest issues of WALT DISNEY’S COMICS AND STORIES.

I was wondering if and when you were going to offer up an example of an adventure story. Glad you picked a good one. I also liked how the “last line” was reflective of something that would be found in a Warner cartoon.
Joe Torciviahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00421096229407174474noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8774429049622219780.post-12341618080954362982012-10-11T17:49:06.394-07:002012-10-11T17:49:06.394-07:00cool. do you have looney tunes in diaper on dell c...cool. do you have looney tunes in diaper on dell comics. plus my birthday is next weekMY MGROENKE3213 BLOGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16828009627966880998noreply@blogger.com
