Though beloved and celebrated on theater and TV screens for generations of fans, Bugs Bunny and his cartoon cohorts have also had an equally lengthy career in print.
There are definitely Dell comics with Miss Prissy—and some appearances of the "real" Foghorn predating 1955. I'm not sure if I'll have a chance to look for them over the next few days, but I think he debuted around 1950.
