This story has some excellent artwork, by an (as usual) uncredited artist who had clearly animated Daffy Duck in the cartoons.

Though beloved and celebrated on theater and TV screens for generations of fans, Bugs Bunny and his cartoon cohorts have also had an equally lengthy career in print.
This is drawn by the brilliant animator John Carey, who would have left the Warner studio by the time this was published in 1951.
